Theres no easy way to say it, but in one of Richards videos he hits the nail on the head, its cheap because not everyone is going to understand and get the process. However, if you actually put in the effort and grind, Zillow can become your ATM as well.

I've learned so much from the lives but you get out what you put in. I have yet to get my first deal but that's on me. $20 is worth what you can learn from this even if you don't make a deal in your first few months
